Our Loan Sales Services area manages the loan sales efforts for the Bank. These efforts include working closely with our customers to determine levels of need as well as defining profiles that identify a customer bank’s purchasing criteria. We incur certain responsibilities to purchasers of loan participations such as disseminating relevant financial information and documentation. Silverton Bank’s Loan Sales Services area manages these responsibilities to ensure all transactions are handled consistently, accurately and in a timely manner.
